About 88GROUP.

88GROUP. was founded by Adam Bailey, bringing over 15 years of experience in high-end residential building.

With a background spanning carpentry, site supervision and construction management, Adam brings an understanding of both the finer details of construction and the planning behind a well-run project. His approach is grounded in practical experience, an appreciation for architecture and a close interest in how a home comes together.

At the centre of 88GROUP. is the relationship between the client, architect and builder. Taking the time to understand the design, the way a client wants to live and the details that matter to them forms the basis of that relationship.

For Adam, building someone’s home is a personal responsibility. Clear communication, thoughtful advice and care in the work are central to his approach, with respect for the time, thought and investment that goes into creating a home.
